Strategic Account Manager (Remote) β€” New York City Metropolitan Area, Westchester County

Responsibilities:
- Act as key business owner of Invivyd resources/solutions, working collaboratively to help resolve customer inquiries for Health Care Providers, Health Care Organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDN stakeholders, VA Centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue that compels action on behalf of patients; engage the entire account to identify obstacles and appropriate solutions.
- Develop strategic territory business plans by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account knowledge/tactics to drive product demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account and territory strategy to maximize how to access products and services.
- Aggregate customer/market data and insights to apply multiple channels and drive total selling engagements.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts and maximize impact aligned to the strategic plan.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (accredited) and 10+ years in biopharma.
- Proven consistent high performance; experience navigating and successfully selling to large accounts/key customer segments.
- Travel up to 100% across the territory; ability to drive and/or fly.
- In-field presence required five days/week (conducting visits) plus completion of related administrative tasks.
- Must live within the stated territory.
- Strong ability to communicate clinical product information.
- Matrixed-environment experience; exposure to reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels.
- Knowledge of laws/regulations/industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code) governing interactions with healthcare professionals/organizations.
- Knowledge of Veterans Affairs (VA) system and rules to conduct business in VA.
- Results-oriented; strong time management.
- Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product.
- Experience with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, VA, immunology; account management strategy; new product launches.
- Strong organizational/interpersonal skills to prioritize opportunities.
- Demonstrated sales success (e.g., beating quotas, Presidents Club, awards).

Pay/Compensation:
- Base salary range: $152,000 - $202,000; eligible for annual short-term incentive (bonus/sales incentive) and annual long-term incentive (equity).
