Position Summary:
Strategic Account Manager responsible for strategic territory planning, cultivating high-value partnerships across key accounts, and delivering clear, compliant education on approved messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Act as key business owner for Invivyd resources/solutions across Health Care Providers, Health Care Organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDN stakeholders, VA centers, reimbursement personnel, and practice administrators; collaboratively ensure customer inquiries are resolved.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive customer action for patients and engage the full account to remove obstacles to appropriate solutions.
- Develop strategic territory business plans to drive product demand by meeting needs of key partners and their patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account/territory strategy.
- Aggregate customer/market data and apply multiple channels to drive total selling engagements.
- Use a data-driven approach to prioritize accounts and maximize impact aligned to the strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree from an accredited college/university.
- Minimum 10 years of biopharma sales (preferred).
- Valid state driverβs license; pass MVR background check.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Travel up to 100% within the geography; drive and/or fly within territory.
- Be in the field five days a week for visits and complete role administrative tasks.
- Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customer segments.
- Strong ability to communicate compliant clinical product information.
- Experience with reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels.
- Strong understanding of laws/regulations and industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code).
- Knowledge of VA system rules for conducting business.
- Results-oriented with strong time management.
- Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling medical benefit products.
- Experience with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, VA, immunology, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Proven organizational/interpersonal skills and track record beating quotas/awards.
Pay Range:
- $152,000β$202,000 base salary; eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive.
