Position Summary:
Strategic Account Manager (Remote – Raleigh-Durham metropolitan area preferred). Lead strategic territory planning, build high-value partnerships across key accounts, and provide clear, compliant education using approved messaging.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a key business owner of Invivyd resources/solutions across customers (HCPs, healthcare organizations, Centers of Excellence, IDN stakeholders, VA centers, reimbursement personnel, practice administrators) and collaborate to resolve customer inquiries.
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive appropriate customer action for patient needs.
- Develop a strategic territory business plan by identifying shared priorities and leveraging account tactics to drive product demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account/territory strategy to maximize access knowledge for products and services.
- Aggregate customer and market insights and apply multiple channels to drive selling engagements.
- Use data-driven prioritization to maximize impact aligned to the strategic plan.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (required).
- Minimum 10 years of biopharma sales (preferred).
- Current valid state driver’s license; pass MVR background check.
- Live within the stated territory.
- Travel up to 100% within geography; drive and/or fly as needed.
- Be in the field five days/week for visits and complete related administrative tasks.
- Proven consistent high performance selling to large accounts/key segments.
- Strong, compliant communication of clinical product information.
- Experience in matrixed environments; exposure to reimbursement, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, and federal channels.
- Strong knowledge of laws/regulations/industry codes (e.g., PhRMA Code) governing interactions with HCPs/HCOs.
- Knowledge of the VA system and rules for conducting business within it.
- Results orientation, time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling a medical benefit product.
- Experience with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, VA, immunology, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Demonstrated success (e.g., beating quotas, Presidents Club wins/awards).

Pay Range: $152,000 - $202,000. Eligible for annual short-term incentive and annual long-term incentive (e.g., equity).
