Position Summary: Field-based Strategic Account Manager (SAM) driving strategic alignment with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Academic Centers of Excellence, and large nephrology group practices to integrate clinical pathways and advance care for rare glomerular diseases (e.g., IgA nephropathy, FSGS).

Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning/execution across target organizations aligned on clinical, operational, and economic priorities.
- Identify/prioritize key accounts and develop tailored engagement plans.
- Build executive and multidisciplinary relationships (C-suite, line directors, nephrologists, P&T stakeholders, care pathway leaders).
- Facilitate co-development of best practices (clinical pathways, early diagnosis, care transitions).
- Orchestrate internal cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Field Medical/MSLs, Marketing, TLLs, Sales, Patient Advocacy, HEOR, Patient Services, Market Access).
- Lead internal business planning, including unbranded education, peer-to-peer programs, REMS coordination, and clinical protocol implementation.
- Capture and communicate insights; track/report metrics (pathway adoption, identification trends, engagement outcomes, resource utilization).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH/MHA/PharmD/MS preferred.
- 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare; nephrology/rare disease/specialty care preferred.
- Proven strategic account management or field-based leadership track record.

Required/Preferred Skills:

- Deep understanding of value-based care, clinical integration, and provider ecosystems (IDNs/ACOs/academic centers).
- Cross-functional influence, consultative selling, executive relationship building, strong communication/organization.
- Ability to manage complex plans (timelines, budgets) and adapt to changing strategies.
- Field-based; live in territory region; travel ~60%; ability to conduct face-to-face work and meet credentialing requirements.

Compensation: Base pay with short-term incentive and long-term incentive (company stock). Target base pay range: $173,000–$225,000.
