Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic business plans to meet/exceed sales objectives in compliance with applicable company/regulatory standards.
- Provide daily in-person consultations to multiple prescribers and key office personnel.
- Build expertise in prescribing platforms used within offices; educate others on formulary requirements and ensure compliance.
- Regularly review/analyze sales data and create/implement plans to drive performance.
- Deploy and manage promotional budget funds effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales representatives and leaders in the assigned geography.
- Work daily with pharmacies to support appropriate application of patient access resources.
- Educate prescribers and staff on resources to optimize access to the product portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and pharmacies; share best practices and proactively communicate with peers.
- Participate in company-sponsored events and meetings.
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelorโs degree required.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales; Dermatology experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in patient access or reimbursement strongly preferred.
- Strong cross-functional teamwork; ability to understand/communicate regional and national payer requirements.
- Understanding of EMR/e-scribing systems.
- Experience educating offices on drug manufacturer copay programs.
- Proven success building physician/pharmacy/customer relationships.
Preferred:
- Masterโs degree or advanced certifications.
- Experience in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to development.
- Ability to manage multiple programs with competing timelines and prioritize activities.
