US Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Provide key leadership for distributor representatives in assigned geography.
- Ensure product placement with targeted accounts.
- Execute sales objectives and strategies with corporate hospitals.
- Complete and execute a territory business plan with identified essential wins; meet objectives throughout the year.
- Achieve sales goals within an assigned expense budget.
- Coordinate efforts with local veterinary associations around state VMA meetings.
- Spend defined time in the field conducting face-to-face meetings with hospital influencers.
- Set up and execute launch meetings with veterinary services in support of product launches.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales (or equivalent selling experience in a competitive selling environment) or previous Elanco intern.
- Team-first approach with a hustle mentality and eagerness to win.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no anticipated sponsorship for H-1B or TN.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent speaking and presentation.
- Ability to convey messages and motivate diverse audiences.
- Decision-making under uncertainty.
- Strategic thinking; strong planning and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of companion animal veterinary products and the companion animal market.
- Advanced degree in business.
Benefits/Pay:
- Base salary range: $85,900–$143,100 (plus potential company bonus for full-time eligible employees).

Additional Information:
- Travel up to 25%; Territory: Las Vegas/Kingman/St. George.
