Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist – Cardiac Sonographer (Structural Heart) for Washington, DC territory.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical/technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on effective use of AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters.
- Train customers on electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment (e.g., CARTO System, CARTOSOUND, CARTOMERGE, Stockert RF generator) during case procedures to meet/exceed business goals.
- Educate customers with in-service training and share best practices; optimize product usage.
- Use consultative selling to identify sales opportunities; coordinate with Territory Sales Manager and key decision makers.
- Plan/schedule to maximize case support; maintain internal/external collaboration and communications.
- Stay current on IFUs, best practices, technical troubleshooting, scientific literature, and new product information.
- Respond effectively in high-stress environments; engage in diagnostic dialogue and formulate solutions.
- Mentor new commercial team members as requested; perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work/military experience.
- 2+ years clinical echocardiography lab experience.
- Maintain RCS or RDCS (adult or pediatric echocardiography).
- Advanced ultrasound/echocardiography and cardiac ablation/cardio imaging knowledge; EP technology knowledge.
- Valid US driver’s license.
- Travel up to 40% overnight; hospital lab setting, live cases, protective gear; variable hours; may lift up to 60 lbs.

Strongly Preferred:
- EP/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular device industry experience.
- CEPS (IBHRE) or RCES/RCIS; experience with complex technical systems/critical care.
- Strong communication, autonomy, critical thinking, teamwork, data-to-insights ability, learning mindset.
