Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist – Cardiac Sonographer - Structural Heart (Northern New Jersey)
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical product/technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheter use.
- Provide clinical product/technical assistance and training on EP systems/catheter equipment (e.g., CARTO System, CARTOSOUND, CARTOMERGE, Stockert RF generator) during case procedures to meet/exceed business goals.
- Educate customers with technical/clinical information and in-service training; share best practices.
- Use consultative selling to identify account sales opportunities; facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers.
- Plan/schedule to maximize customer case support capability.
- Maintain collaboration/communication internally and externally; develop and share best practices and mentor new commercial team members as requested.
- Stay current on IFUs, troubleshooting, scientific clinical literature, and new product information.
- Prioritize/respond in high-stress environments; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years relevant work/military experience.
- 2+ years clinical echocardiography lab experience.
- Maintain RCS or RDCS certification (adult or pediatric echo).
- Advanced ultrasound/echocardiography knowledge; knowledge of healthcare industry/disease states/trends.
- Valid US driver’s license; advanced cardiac ablation/cardio imaging and EP technical knowledge.
- Travel up to 40% overnight (local/regional/national), sometimes on short notice.
- Ability to sit extended periods; hospital lab work; attend live cases; wear protective gear; variable hours.
- May lift up to 60 lbs.
Strongly Preferred:
- EP/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular device industry experience.
- CEPS (IBHRE) or RCES/RCIS; experience with complex technical systems/critical care; strong communicator; self-starter; critical problem solver; team collaboration; data-to-insights ability; learning mindset.
