Senior Ultrasound Clinical Account Specialist β Cardiac Sonographer - Structural Heart (Northern New Jersey)
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical product/technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on AcuNav and SOUNDSTAR catheters.
- Train physicians and EP lab staff on electrophysiology systems/catheter equipment (e.g., CARTO System; CARTOSOUND, CARTOMERGE; Stockert RF generator) to support advanced procedures and meet business goals.
- Educate customers with technical/clinical info and in-service training; share best practices.
- Use consultative selling to identify sales opportunities; drive incremental business with key decision makers.
- Plan/schedule to maximize customer case support; maintain internal/external collaboration and communication.
- Stay current on IFUs, best practices, troubleshooting, and clinical literature.
- Respond effectively in high-stress live case environments; engage in diagnostic dialogue; mentor new commercial team members as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree or 4 years relevant work/military experience.
- 2+ years clinical echocardiography lab experience.
- Maintain RCS or RDCS certification (adult or pediatric echocardiography).
- Advanced ultrasound/echocardiography knowledge; healthcare/disease/therapeutic trend knowledge.
- Valid US driverβs license.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac ablation/cardio imaging and EP technology.
- Travel up to 40% overnight; variable hours; hospital lab work, live cases, protective gear; may lift up to 60 lbs.
Strongly Preferred:
- Electrophysiology/Cath Lab or EP/Cardiovascular device industry experience.
- CEPS (IBHRE) or RCES/RCIS; experience with complex technical systems/critical care.
- Strong communicator, self-starter, critical problem solver; translates data into insights; eager to learn.
