Role: Training Manager, Oncology, responsible for developing and delivering oncology training programs for commercial field representatives. Objectives include enhancing disease, product, sales effectiveness, market knowledge, and operational training aligned with brand strategies. Responsibilities encompass maintaining subject matter expertise, designing curricula, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Legal, Medical, Regulatory), managing vendors, leading training sessions at sales events, and continuously assessing organizational training needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, preferably in training, marketing, or sales; knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic Oncology; strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills; familiarity with adult learning principles and training platforms. Preferred: experience in clinical fluency development, AI tools, and innovative tech platforms. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on oncology (medical and gynecologic), supporting commercial teams, with some travel (50%) to headquarters if remote, or based at headquarters in ABV1. The role involves strategic partnership with internal and external stakeholders, executing training at national sales meetings, and supporting clinical and commercial development initiatives.
