Job Description: Senior Therapeutic Specialist (Liver PBC/HCV) representing Gilead products/services to a defined customer base to generate and grow sales in the South Texas territory (McAllen, Harlingen, Corpus Christi & Victoria) via in-person representation, face-to-face meetings, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and engage healthcare providers across touchpoints; understand needs and maximize impact of products.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor performance and adjust to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Maintain product and disease-state expertise; promote appropriate product use in line with applicable industry/regulatory guidelines.
- Partner with local cross-functional colleagues (e.g., field reimbursement managers, medical scientists) and collaborate externally with healthcare organizations/partners to drive sales.
- Leverage influencing/relationship skills; establish long-term provider partnerships.
- Complete administrative requirements (call activity/customer info systems, expenses, territory budget).
- Continuous learning; self-motivated, autonomous performance; experience selling Buy and Bill products.

Qualifications (Required)
- High school + 11 years, OR Associate + 9 years, OR Bachelor + 7 years, OR Master + 5 years.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned area and meet onsite practitioner visitation requirements (as applicable).
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 7+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales; specialty market success; injectable physician-administered product experience; managed care familiarity.
Compensation/Benefits (if applicable): Salary range $133,195.00β$172,370.00; may include discretionary bonus, incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
