Sr. Therapeutic Specialist (HIV Treatment) β€” Washington/Alaska/Montana territory

Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales Strategy: Build relationships with healthcare providers; develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor sales progress and adjust strategies to meet/exceed targets.
- Product & Disease State Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Gilead and competitive products and therapeutic area disease state; promote appropriate use of Gilead products to healthcare professionals per Corporate, PhRMA, and OIG guidelines.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Partner with local cross-functional colleagues to support access/acquisition/administration/operations; collaborate externally with healthcare organizations and partners (including co-promotion) to expand reach and drive sales.
- Customer Engagement & Reporting: Use influencing/relationship skills to drive sales; build long-term partnerships; complete administrative tasks (call activity/customer info in systems, expenses, territory budget); continuous learning and retention of technical/scientific information.

- Advanced communication to translate complex clinical information for diverse audiences.
- Sales acumen with a record of achieving/exceeding targets in a competitive pharma environment.
- Technical/scientific proficiency in disease states and treatment protocols.
- Cultural awareness; comfort engaging in sexual health conversations.
- Matrix collaboration, account management expertise, leadership/ethical conduct, autonomy, patient-centric focus.

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years with BS/BA OR 4+ years with MS/MA.
- Ability to travel regularly within the territory; meet onsite visitation requirements if applicable; valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 5+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales; experience in highly competitive and specialty markets; leadership with account-focused cross-functional teams.
- Experience selling injectable physician-administered products; familiarity with managed care.

Benefits/Compensation
- Salary range: $133,195.00–$172,370.00; may include discretionary bonus/long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
