Senior Therapeutic Specialist (LiverโHBV/HDV) โ Los Angeles North region
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and engage healthcare providers across touchpoints to maximize impact of Gilead products.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan; monitor sales progress and adjust to meet/exceed targets.
- Maintain deep understanding of Gilead products, competitive products, and therapeutic-area disease state.
- Promote appropriate use of Gilead products in accordance with Corporate/PhRMA/OIG guidelines.
- Partner with local cross-functional colleagues to support access, acquisition, administration, and operational support.
- Collaborate externally with healthcare organizations and partner companies (including co-promotion) to enhance reach and drive sales.
- Uphold compliance and ethical behavior; ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and company policies, including timely adverse-event reporting.
- Use influencing/relationship skills to drive sales; build long-term provider partnerships.
- Complete required administrative tasks (call activity/customer info reporting, expenses, territory budget).

- Technical/scientific proficiency in therapeutic area; cultural awareness (including comfort engaging in sexual health conversations).

- Patient-centric focus; account management; multi-product portfolio experience.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
- High School + 11 years OR Associate + 9 OR Bachelor + 7 OR Master + 5 years.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to travel and meet onsite visitation requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS; 7+ years pharma/biotech/healthcare sales; injectable physician-administered products experience; managed care familiarity.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Salary range: $133,195.00โ$172,370.00; may be eligible for annual bonus, long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical/dental/vision/life insurance.
