Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, energetic IT professional to join the Information Technology group. The role provides desktop engineering, GPO, and Operating System Image development services, collaborating with App Services, Deployment Services, Applications Owners, the Core Applications group, and Information Security as part of the global client computing environment. The role aims to drive excellence in user experience by delivering high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective desktop management services to our global employees.
Responsibilities
- Engineer & support corporate desktop Windows configurations
- Understand Microsoft Configuration Manager Operating System Deployment (OSD) using Task Sequences
- Design Windows deployment strategies
- Manage, test, and deploy Group Policies
- Respond to all incoming requests for new or changes to Group Policy
- Manage priorities, timelines, and communicate with all necessary parties through deployment process
- Document the environment in a customer facing format
- Create and maintain all SDLC documentation
- Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Deep understanding of SCCM infrastructure roles
- Cloud Management Gateway
- Deep understating of SCCM Client troubleshooting
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Basic understanding of SQL management
- Building own SCCM SQL queries
- Microsoft SCOM
- Basic understanding of MS System Center Operations Manager
- 3rd-Level support and identification of root cause with strategic solutions (requests/CPRs/outages)
- Working with the latest technologies
- Research and master new technologies quickly
- Provide technical guidance and implementation
- Work closely with various teams and stakeholders such as Infrastructure, Patching & Deployment Services, Applications Owners, Directory Services, and Information Security teams
- Ensure adherence to global standards, policies, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Collaborate across IT and business areas to develop and implement new processes that help maintain the companyβs computing environment
Qualifications
- 4+ years practical experience deploying and supporting Windows Desktops
- 4+ years practical experience with the following Microsoft technologies: Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, Group Policy, Configuration Manager Current Branch
- Strong technical knowledge and in-depth understanding of the following:
- Microsoft Windows client operating systems
- Microsoft Intune
- Active Directory Domain Services (AD/DS)
- Group Policy
- Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra)

Education
