Role Summary
Internship in Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration (GKMDC) within AbbVie's Strategic Operations in Clinical Sciences. The role leverages internal and external tools and resources to support knowledge management, collaboration, and design. You will serve as an internal consultant to help business teams utilize tools effectively, working with stakeholders to understand collaboration needs and manage SharePoint sites for department projects.
Responsibilities
- Work with business users to understand collaboration requirements and develop/monitor needed SharePoint sites for department projects
- Help manage Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration projects and introduce collaborative capabilities to improve work processes on our teams
- Analyze and define a problem, evaluate alternatives and seek out solutions by engaging the appropriate team members at the right time
- Value and appreciate diversity and seek diversity of thought in all initiatives
- Adaptable and flexible in all business environments, capable of leading change with limited information or support
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and organizational communication skills
- Manage cross functional programs and adapt priorities quickly

Qualifications
- Required: Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a Bachelorβs in general business, management, computer science, marketing, or other related fields
- Required: Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship
- Required: Expected graduation date between December 2026 β June 2027
- Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Preferred: Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools, such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel
- Preferred: Experience with design platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
