Sr. Recruiter – Clinical & QRAM

Role: Senior Recruiter leading full-cycle talent acquisition for Neurocrine Biosciences' scientific, clinical, and development roles within biopharma. Objectives: attract top-tier talent across Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, Clinical Operations, Drug Safety, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory, supporting the company's neuroscience-focused pipeline. Responsibilities: develop strategic sourcing plans, partner with hiring managers and HR, manage candidate pipelines, conduct comprehensive recruitment processes, and enhance recruiting systems and processes. Requirements: BS/BA or higher in Business, HR, or related field with 4+ years of life sciences recruiting experience, or Master's with 2+ years; strong understanding of biotech/pharma processes; proficiency with recruiting tools including Workday; excellent communication and project management skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex hiring challenges. Preferred: experience with high-growth technical environments, social media recruiting, and recruiting for senior or technical roles. High-Value: focus on biotech/pharma roles, clinical and scientific functions, supporting mid- to late-phase pipeline development, with minimal travel.
