Senior Manager – Strategic Business Planning & Performance (Irvine, CA)

Role Overview
- Partner with the Electrophysiology (EP) Supply Chain E2E Leadership Team and Director of Strategic Process Capabilities to develop long-term supply chain strategy, operating model and talent strategy, portfolio prioritization and tradeoff decisions, and oversee major transformation programs to deliver target outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive collaboration with MedTech Center, EP teams, and external partners to create a robust, aligned end-to-end business strategy.
- Partner with Electrophysiology and MedTech teams to define and maintain a transformation roadmap; document, align, and revise plans, processes, capabilities, and forms.
- Communicate the “why” and “how” cross-functionally to deliver and sustain strategy; ensure readiness of required processes and capabilities.
- Maintain continuous execution aligned with established governance.
- Develop executive-level materials communicating strategy, progress, and cross-functional alignment.
- Identify and connect failure modes and improvement opportunities to root causes from past outcomes.
- Define and assess supply chain capabilities for EP’s long-term success; build a maturity and improvement roadmap and model best practices for other MedTech businesses.
- Drive the strategy cycle (Strategic Planning, Long Range Financial Planning, Business Planning) and ensure alignment across Supply Chain, Franchise, Functional, and Enterprise partners.
- Generate insights from operational, portfolio, and project data to support E2E EP operational and strategic decisions.
- Coordinate connected business management processes (Capital, Savings, Performance Management, Reliability, Value Capture) to develop ongoing reporting and escalation for E2E SC LT.
- Lead development of updates, communications, analyses, and reports for the EP E2E team.
- Lead, facilitate, and manage special assignments and projects/programs.
- Support the monthly executive leadership reporting cadence.
- Create and disseminate knowledge-center content and periodic communications to drive buy-in and visibility.
- Develop reporting cadence, methodology, and visualizations to communicate EP strategy within the SC context.
- Track, analyze, and report supply chain KPIs (delivery accuracy, inventory turnover, order cycle time, cost); identify trends, root causes, and improvements.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards for real-time supply chain insights.

Qualifications / Required Skills
- 8+ years of directly related work experience.
- Demonstrated success communicating clearly across all levels within an end-to-end Supply Chain.
- Experience in an FDA-regulated environment in the healthcare industry.
- Outstanding analytical skills; ability to analyze complex data and translate into actionable items (strategic and tactical).
- Business case development experience and financial/business acumen.
- Consulting firm or Private Equity experience.
- Demonstrated success leading and influencing in a complex matrix; ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and/or internationally.
