What You Will Do
- Serve as a credible medical/scientific expert engaging Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and HCPs to support best clinical decisions for disease state and Biogen products.
- Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be responsive and solutions-driven; act as a conduit to medical community leaders.
- Participate in projects/initiatives aligned to US Medical strategy.
- Drive medical excellence against qualitative/quantitative goals; deliver KME engagement plans.
- Navigate office resources with field/non-field colleagues; capture and report KME/HCP medical insights using Veeva with high consistency and accuracy.

Who You Are
- Scientific/clinical professional with deep scientific knowledge and curiosity about healthcare and business opportunities.

Required Skills/Qualifications
- Advanced scientific or clinical degree required; doctoral level (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP) preferred.
- For Senior MSL: minimum 5 years’ experience as (Sr) Medical Science Liaison or similar role.
- Strong communication, digital potential/comfort with new tools, accountability to KPIs, and ethical industry compliance.
- Travel at least 60% (overnights and occasional weekends).
- 18+ years old; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; ability to drive a company vehicle or rental.

Preferred Skills
- Therapeutic area clinical expertise; Multiple Sclerosis (MS) expertise highly preferred.
