About The Role:
- Interact with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare decision makers to advance the scientific platform for aligned therapeutic areas.
- Support company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research.
- Deliver clinical and pharmaco-economic presentations to payers; train faculty for the speaker’s bureau.
- Support scientific congresses; serve as a resource for medical and scientific inquiries.
- May represent the company at patient advocacy, professional society, or other meetings.
- Territory: Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, ND, SD, and Minnesota (ideal: live in territory, preferably Kansas City near a large airport).

Responsibilities:
- Establish peer-to-peer, science-based relationships with KOLs and decision makers.
- Deliver fair, balanced, credible medical/scientific presentations; support research.
- Participate in conferences as a scientific expert; train speaker’s bureau faculty.
- Serve as a scientific resource for KOLs and internal personnel.
- Gather KOL insights to guide educational efforts.
- Compile and interpret available data (e.g., congress presentations, KOL interactions, posters).
- Perform responsibilities ethically in line with FDA guidelines and healthcare compliance/SOPs.
- Guide and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Requirements:
- PharmD or PhD (health science) + 4+ years related field experience (2+ years CNS therapeutic area preferred) OR MD/DO + 2+ years related experience.

Preferred/Key Skills:
- Leadership, mentoring, project management, strong communications, analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Territory management and execution of scientific leader communication plans.
- Proficiency with computers; ability to work in and lead multiple teams.
- Knowledge of drug development/life-cycle management (preferred).
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and regulatory trends.
