Senior Manager, UPLIZNA Omnichannel Marketing Strategy and Execution (Remote)
What You Will Do
- Lead enterprise UPLIZNA omnichannel strategy and partner with HCP and consumer brand teams to translate audience priorities, customer barriers, approved messaging, and engagement signals into coordinated experiences.
- Establish an audience-first engagement framework; move from channel-by-channel execution to an integrated, signal-informed model using test-and-learn, innovation, enterprise best practices, and GEO strategy/activation.
- Evaluate emerging digital capabilities and accelerate adoption of innovative engagement approaches across the UPLIZNA portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audience activation readiness, journey requirements, route logic, suppression, contact strategy, and measurement.
- Identify, pilot, and scale omnichannel capabilities, emerging technologies, and test-and-learn opportunities.
- Develop orchestration briefs and business requirements for personalization, segmentation, triggered journeys, next best action/content, frequency & reach management, field coordination, event follow-up, and measurement KPIs.
- Connect customer signals across channels (e.g., CRM, web, field, Veeva, RTE/iCVA, paid media, events where applicable).
- Activate Amgen enterprise GEO strategy to optimize for AI-enabled search/discovery.
- Coordinate one customer engagement decisioning model with analytics/technology/GCCI/field/Veeva/CRM/web/media/patient support/medical/legal/regulatory/compliance/agency/data teams.
- Build learning loops (readouts, PMR learnings, dashboarding, E-L-L measurement, experimentation) to improve future orchestration.
- Support vendor/agency leadership across relevant partners.
- Promote disciplined omni principles (one coordinated experience; decision quality over volume; measure movement not activity; continuous learning).
Basic Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years; or Master’s + 4 years; or Bachelor’s + 6 years; or Associate’s + 10 years; or High school/GED + 12 years in marketing/commercial/digital/analytics/content/operations or related.
Preferred Qualifications
- Regulated-industry omnichannel experience (pharma/biotech/medtech/healthcare) with HCP/DTC marketing, CRM, media, analytics, field enablement/access/customer engagement.
- Experience translating audience strategy and approved messaging into journey requirements, segmentation, personalization, route logic, suppression, contact strategy, next best action/content, and automation.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, CDP/Life Sciences Cloud, Agentforce/Einstein/LUMEN, decisioning engines, Veeva CRM/Approved Email, RTE, CLM, iCVA, Rep Alerts, Concierge.
- Familiarity with GA4, Ostro, HCP identity resolution, NPI-level activation, programmatic HCP media, publishers, point-of-care/access-support signals, claims/Rx/NBRx, paid media signals.
- Journey analytics/dashboarding, performance analytics, E-L-L measurement, attribution, experimentation/test-and-learn, optimization, continuous improvement.
- Vendor management, agency leadership, cross-functional influence, facilitation/synthesis, and change management.
