Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

Role: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Angelini Pharma's Global Rare Disease Business Unit, leading full-cycle recruiting and strategic talent planning. Responsibilities: partner with senior leaders to source, assess, and hire specialized talent; develop talent pipelines; implement proactive sourcing strategies; design hiring manager training; leverage talent technology platforms; monitor TA metrics; and enhance candidate experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 5-7 years in talent acquisition with 2-3 years dedicated to sourcing, pipelining, and mapping; experience in pharma/biotech industry; proficient in ATS (SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters), HRIS, and AI sourcing tools; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
