Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition

Role: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition—lead full-cycle recruiting for a biopharma company focused on cardiovascular immunology and inflammation. Responsibilities: partner with hiring managers to define role needs, develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels, screen and interview candidates, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate offers and pre-employment steps, and track recruiting metrics to optimize processes. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree; 6+ years in full-cycle talent acquisition, preferably in biotech or pharma; experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse; strong assessment, communication, and relationship skills; ability to manage multiple roles with attention to detail. High-Value: biotech/pharma environment, cardiovascular indications, clinical/human resources focus, inclusive hiring practices, and experience with regulated employment practices. WorkSetup: onsite at Lexington, MA, five days per week.
