Job Purpose:
Sr Manager, Oncology Commercial Analytics partners with brand and BU leadership to translate complex commercial data into decisions that drive portfolio performance, including segmentation/targeting, KPI design, patient adherence analytics, brand performance tracking, and advanced analytics such as marketing mix modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement analytics plans supporting brand and business priorities.
- Identify and implement customer segmentation and targeting strategies across marketing and sales channels.
- Leverage physician/account/patient segmentations, patient adherence & persistence, brand performance analytics, and marketing mix (advanced analytics).
- Execute customer targeting and scenario planning to enable brand performance objectives.
- Define KPIs and ensure data collection and business rules support KPI measurement.
- Conduct analyses using internal/external real-world data for disease and competitor insights.
- Transform complex real-world datasets into actionable insights (hands-on manipulation/statistical analysis).
- Perform ad hoc and deep-dive secondary research analyses of market/competitive dynamics.
- Improve efficiency via innovative analytics and process automation.
- Design and implement analytics-ready datasets; collaborate with market research and forecasting teams.
- Share best practices with Global Strategic Insights.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related.
- 4+ years marketing analytics experience (biotech/pharma or global management consulting).
- Marketing fundamentals/analytics frameworks.
- Tools: SQL, Snowflake, SAS, R/Python; Tableau/Power BI.
- Experience with pharmaceutical secondary data (patient/claims) and real-world data analyses.
- Oncology experience; understanding of drug development/commercialization lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects/stakeholders; present to senior leaders; update deliverables based on feedback.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of diversity & inclusion impact; strong collaboration/cultural sensitivity.
- Success in forecasting and real-world data analytics; strong business acumen.
- Influence in a matrix environment.

Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid (US): partly office, partly remote.
