Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Identify markets and pipeline products that require differentiated or non-traditional marketing approaches.
- Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies using non-personal promotion and market access programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
- Drive market-readiness by supporting product and packaging-related documentation.
- Identify unmet business needs, emerging opportunities, and key challenges.
- Use market insights, category trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to define segments, growth drivers, and prioritized initiatives (specialty pharmacy focus).
- Lead development of clear, customer-facing content aligned with US Gx commercial objectives.
- Oversee product website strategy (content, UI/UX enhancements, performance analysis).
- Translate complex clinical/market/competitive insights into concise messaging with a unified brand voice.
- Monitor spend; identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
- Support budget planning and oversee assigned budget areas.
- Coordinate internal/external resources for responsible funding use.
- Develop analytical frameworks and success metrics; measure marketing plan effectiveness.
- Refine strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
- Demonstrate strong project management; deliver on time with operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively across organizational levels; inspire teams and build internal/external relationships.

Your Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing experience (preferably generic or specialty pharmacy).

Preferred
- Website strategy/UX/content updates/performance analytics.
- Hands-on marketing communications (customer content, messaging frameworks, digital asset management).
- Cross-functional project management, market research, competitive analysis.
- Non-traditional go-to-market strategies (non-personal promotion; market-access tactics).
- Product positioning and launch communications.
- Strong analytics to optimize performance.
- Collaboration with market access, sales, regulatory, medical, and commercial operations.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building.
- Self-starter; navigate ambiguity; manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office and common marketing/analytics/project-management tools.

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office), Parsippany, NJ.
Travel Requirements: Limited domestic travel throughout the US.
