Role Purpose
- Strategic thought partner to brand and cross-functional teams, owning insight judgment, meaning, and impact to translate data into clear strategic guidance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary PMR thought partner to Commercial/brand teams; frame business questions and derive βso what/now what.β
- Lead interpretation/synthesis of primary market research using dashboards, analytics tools, and AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., MRAgent).
- Surface insights, risks, opportunities, and strategic tradeoffs; integrate learnings across studies/time/data sources.
- Own KPI definitions, business rules, analytic intent; ensure questionnaire/metrics/data-cut changes are intentional and documented; maintain data quality and methodological rigor.
- Partner across PMR/CD&A teams; coach others and build stakeholder confidence.
- Facilitate strategic discussions and enable adoption of new research tools/ways of working.
- Evolve PMR capabilities/processes; improve efficiency, consistency, and impact.
Qualifications
- Doctorate + 2 years market research (or related) OR Masterβs + 4 years OR Bachelorβs + 6 years.
Preferred
- Pharmaceutical/life sciences experience; deep qualitative/quantitative PMR expertise; strong analytics; strategic influence; excellent communication/facilitation; matrix collaboration; coaching talent.
