Sr. Manager, Immunology Training Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the field force and Home Office to identify and communicate training needs.
- Learn new medical and clinical materials.
- Assist with training and execution for line extensions and launches.
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions of varied sizes.
- Coach and provide feedback to Dermatology Therapeutic Specialists.
- Manage classroom environment to meet learning objectives.
- Work with Director and sales management to institute metrics to assess training success.
- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Manage vendors when designing and developing training content.
- Manage training projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review.
- Prepare/oversee preparation of training programs (classes, workshops, learning modules, and other materials).
- Design, develop, and deliver training curriculum/content (disease state, clinical, strategic, and/or skill-based).
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Field Sales Management, Sales Operations, Medical, etc.) to support corporate strategy.
- Coordinate with in-house Commercial Training team on design/development/execution.
- Collaborate with Dermatology Business Directors; conduct field rides and provide coaching/training.
- Facilitate National/Regional Sales Meeting training workshops.
- Coordinate Regional Trainer activities and identify/develop/execute regional training needs.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation.
- Lead and manage the New Hire Home Study process (schedules, coaching calls, assessments) in an inclusive environment.
- Serve as subject matter/product/disease state/marketplace expert as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Familiarity with key software preferred (MS PowerPoint/Word/Excel, Webex, Outlook, LMS, etc.).
- Travel up to 50–75% within assigned regions and to Home Office.
- Proven success with flexibility, discretion, professionalism.
- Strong selling skills; ability to coach others.
- Ability to communicate/explain complex topics accessibly.
- Self-motivated leadership; collaborate in independent and team settings.
- Strong organization, project management, and multi-tasking.
- Ability to work in cross-functional/matrix environments.
- Exceptional presentation/facilitation and strong written communication.
- Previous training experience (Regional Trainer, Home-office trainer, Preceptorship) valued but not required.
- Relevant dermatology sales experience preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; experience with small molecule or biologics preferred.
