About the Role
- Responsible for the execution and maintenance of product/disease specific projects to establish prevalence/burden of disease/symptoms or health outcomes from treatment.
- Works closely with Global Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Brand teams to achieve departmental and corporate strategic objectives.
- Contributes to HEOR strategy development.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Design, develop, and implement projects to create disease/product-specific evidence to inform commercial strategy, value assessment, and market access.
- Partner with the development or brand team lead to be responsible for HEOR content.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to meet evidence needs of external consumers.
- Oversee and manage vendors.
- Assist in meeting departmental goals.
- Develop, modify, and execute company policies affecting immediate operations (including tactical initiatives through subordinate employees).
- Analyze situations/data using in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Select methods/techniques/evaluation criteria to obtain results.
- Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- MPH or MS (Health Outcomes or Health Economics) + 6+ years pharmaceutical HEOR experience (direct research preferred) OR HEOR 2-year fellowship (research focus desired)
- OR PhD (HE/HO/related) or PharmD + 4+ years similar experience
- Previous managerial/functional management experience required
- Strong data analytic skills (e.g., commercial claims and publicly accessible datasets)
- Strong written communication skills (publication/medical writing experience required)
- Effective interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with internal experts/teams and other stakeholders
- Highly preferred: claims analysis, dataset analysis, and possible economic modeling
- Ability to analyze/summarize data, think critically, manage projects, and synthesize complex clinical and non-clinical information
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAS or other statistical programming
- Strong project management, problem-solving, analytical thinking; leadership skills; attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams
