Key Duties And Responsibilities:
- Support the US Market Access Strategy team with decisions impacting team operations and strategic direction.
- Support the VP in defining and developing high-impact executive, cross-functional, and cross-team communications.
- Develop and maintain the department budget with leadership and finance; provide transparency into spend, explain forecast variance, and manage tools to maximize budget.
- Lead or support critical business processes, including organizational design evolution, Business Reviews, Long Range Planning, annual Business Planning, and scaling internal operations.
- Lead and/or manage special projects and high-profile initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Develop narratives for Business Reviews, senior management presentations, and team presentations/meetings.
- Lead after-action reviews of high-impact projects; recommend process/system simplifications and proactively address business needs.
- Coordinate leadership team meetings/forums and ensure pull-through of action items.
- Ideate and coordinate HR, talent development, and team-culture initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison to align and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Compile concise reports and meeting minutes; track action items and stay abreast of multi-dimensional tasks.
- Contribute to best practices for project management and departmental operations.

- Cross-functional execution experience (medium to large-scale projects).

Education And Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree required; masterโs degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive relevant experience, ideally as a chief of staff in project management and organizing multiple teams/departments, preferably in healthcare/Market Access.
- Outstanding written/verbal communication with active listening.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence; builds trust and cooperation.
- Experience leading complex project teams; solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and business planning skills.
- Self-motivated; prioritizes independently; embraces change and drives improved solutions.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Pay range: $139,200 - $208,800.
- Eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards.
- Hybrid-eligible or on-site eligible (Hybrid: remote up to two days/week; On-site: five days/week with ad hoc flexibility).
