Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain new ways of working in USMAx and across BUs, including new processes and requirements to assess and execute alternative distribution strategies and alliances.
- Lead development of enhanced, consistent, actionable plans across the portfolio aligned to strategic and lifecycle brand needs.
- Advocate for and obtain required resources from BU Heads and the Executive Leadership Team to enable effective engagement in new alternative distribution business models.
- Influence embedding of required cross-functional partner actions into operating processes and procedures to enable speed-to-market decision-making and commercialization.
- Develop talent under management, including succession planning for key TA MAx Pipeline leadership roles.
- Collaborate with MAx and BU leaders to establish and maintain effective ways of working in the new Commercial Model.
Qualifications:
- Strong executive presence/command.
- Ability to influence the organization cross-functionally in support of Alternative Distribution Strategic Priorities.
- Track record of building exceptional cross-functional alignment and teams.
- Strategic mindset.
- Demonstrated distribution, market access, operational, and contracting acumen.
- Strong financial acumen.
- 12+ years of USMAx / US market experience preferred.
