Sr. Manager Field Reimbursement - West

Role: Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement responsible for developing and executing regional reimbursement and market access strategies for Integra’s surgical and neurotechnologies. Main objectives include optimizing coverage pathways, removing economic barriers, and accelerating adoption through payer engagement and education. Responsibilities encompass leading reimbursement strategy deployment, expanding commercial coverage, resolving complex reimbursement challenges, and collaborating with sales, clinical, and payers to align economic initiatives with market access goals. The role involves developing regional opportunity plans, managing Value Analysis Committee submissions, delivering reimbursement training, and monitoring policy changes to adapt strategies accordingly. The position requires strong communication skills, deep understanding of public and private reimbursement landscapes, and experience with high-value medical devices—particularly in wound care, surgical reconstruction, ENT, and neurosurgery. Experience with health economics, coding, and payment pathways is essential. The candidate must be based on the West coast, with 7+ years in payer relations, reimbursement, or health policy, and 5-10 years in sales or negotiation roles, demonstrating success in healthcare market access. The position involves 40-60% travel, field-based, and requires proficiency with computers and healthcare financial systems. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with government facilities, advanced wound care technologies, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, and legal teams.
