Sr Manager, Commercial Operations, Monarch (Santa Clara, CA; Cincinnati, OH; or Raritan, NJ; remote case-by-case)
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales reporting processes and create sales performance dashboards for forecasting, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Enhance and implement enabling resources/technologies: CRM systems, performance tools, incentive management, and order-to-cash.
- Lead the day-to-day use and maintenance of selected tools.
- Assess global sales order management and CRM strategy and implement process improvements.
- Serve as MONARCH Platform business lead for Project Butterfly and Project Transend; manage operational aspects of direct reports (budget, performance, compliance) and implement workforce/succession plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and sales leaders to enable commercial activities and align policies/procedures (e.g., Launch Excellence).
- Develop processes to use metrics to generate insights, understand key account drivers and sales trends, and build accurate sales forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or relevant discipline (required); advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant business experience in commercial operations.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational/execution orientation.
- Experience launching and selling medical technologies.
- Strong understanding of MedTech business processes, sales models, functional alignment, and customer dynamics (including scaling across matrixed organizations).
- Experience using metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to forecast sales and monitor/continuously improve performance.
- Competence with CRM and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of Project/Portfolio Management systems/tools (asset).
- Ability to influence/partner cross-functionally; strong communication and change-leader mindset.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, transformation, and cross-functional complexity.
Other:
- Up to 20% travel (domestic and international).
