Sr Manager, Commercial Operations, Monarch

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales reporting processes to produce accurate, consistent results and create sales performance dashboards (forecasts, KPIs, continuous improvement).
- Enhance and implement enabling resources/technologies including CRM systems, performance tools, incentive management, and order-to-cash.
- Lead day-to-day use and maintenance of selected tools.
- Assess global sales order management and CRM strategy; implement process improvements aligned with J&J MedTech initiatives.
- Serve as MONARCH Platform’s Project Butterfly and Project Transend business lead; manage operational aspects of direct reports (budget, performance, compliance) and implement workforce/succession plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and sales leaders to support commercial activities and align policies/procedures (e.g., Launch Excellence programs).
- Develop processes to use metrics and generate insights for senior management and sales leaders; understand account drivers and sales trends to build accurate forecasts.
- Create a purpose-driven environment aligned with Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- Experience/Skills:
- 8+ years of relevant business experience with emphasis on commercial operations.
- Strategic thinker; highly operational and execution-driven.
- Experience launching and selling medical technologies.
- Strong understanding of MedTech business processes, sales models, functional alignment, and customer dynamics (scaling in matrixed organizations).
- Experience developing/utilizing metrics, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Competence with CRM and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of Project/Portfolio Management systems/tools (asset).
- Ability to influence and partner cross-functionally; strong communication; change leader mindset.
- Thrives in ambiguity, transformation, and cross-functional complexity.

Location/Work Conditions:
- Based in Santa Clara, CA; Cincinnati, OH; or Raritan, NJ. Remote work may be considered case-by-case. Up to 20% travel (domestic and international).

Base Pay Range:
- $122,000 to $212,750; Bay Area candidates: $142,000 to $244,950.
