Sr Manager, Commercial Operations, MONARCH (Sales Enablement / Sales Effectiveness)

Responsibilities
- Drive sales reporting processes that produce accurate results and create sales performance dashboards (forecast monitoring, KPIs, continuous improvement).
- Enhance and implement enabling resources/technologies including CRM systems, performance tools, incentive management, and order-to-cash.
- Lead day-to-day use and maintenance of selected tools.
- Assess global sales order management and CRM strategy; implement process improvements aligned with J&J MedTech initiatives.
- Serve as MONARCH Platform’s Project Butterfly and Project Transend business lead; manage operational aspects of direct reports (e.g., budget, performance, compliance) and implement workforce and succession plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and sales leaders to enable commercial activities and align policies/procedures (e.g., Launch Excellence).
- Develop processes using metrics to generate insights into business drivers, key account trends, and sales trends to build accurate forecasts.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant discipline (advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years relevant business experience with emphasis on commercial operations.
- Strategic thinker with strong operational/execution focus.
- Experience launching and selling medical technologies.
- Strong understanding of MedTech business processes, sales models, functional alignment, and customer dynamics; ability to scale commercial processes across matrixed organizations.
- Experience developing/using metrics, forecasts, and KPIs; competence with CRM and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of Project/Portfolio Management systems/tools (asset).
- Ability to influence and partner cross-functionally; communication and change-leader mindset.

Other (Job Details)
- Base locations: Santa Clara, CA; Cincinnati, OH; or Raritan, NJ. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.
- Travel: up to 20% (domestic and international).
- Anticipated base pay range: $122,000–$212,750 (Bay Area: $142,000–$244,950).
