About The Role
Contributes to the development and execution of U.S. brand strategies and launch initiatives for Neurocrine products. Supports brand development (market analysis, customer insights, strategic planning, brand management, and promotional campaign execution). Develops and implements HCP and patient-focused marketing programs to communicate product positioning, support launch readiness, and drive brand adoption.

Your Contributions (include, But Are Not Limited To)
- Develop and execute brand strategies and launch initiatives supporting commercial objectives and brand performance
- Lead execution of assigned HCP and patient marketing programs aligned to approved brand strategy and customer needs
- Manage day-to-day brand agency and external partner activities to ensure quality of projects and deliverables
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and tactics to increase awareness, engagement, and product adoption across channels
- Partner with Commercial Analytics, Market Research, and stakeholders to analyze insights, trends, and competitive intelligence and make recommendations
- Support development of core brand messaging and promotional materials for consistency and positioning
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access, Sales, Training, and Commercial Operations for coordinated launch execution
- Coordinate congress, peer-to-peer, digital, and other customer-facing promotional activities
- Support field sales with customer engagement strategies, field communications, and launch readiness
- Participate in promotional review/approval processes for compliance with policies and regulations
- Support annual brand planning, forecasting, and budget management; monitor program performance
- Identify process and effectiveness improvements using best practices and market insights
- Serve as a resource/mentor to less experienced colleagues; support marketing capability development

Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences (or related) + 8+ years relevant pharmaceutical marketing/sales/advertising agency experience (incl. launch/commercialization) OR
- MBA/Master’s + 6+ years relevant experience OR
- PharmD/PhD/advanced degree + 4+ years relevant commercial experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting brand strategy and leading complex pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercialization (HCP/patient marketing, customer engagement, research, promotional planning, brand management)
- Experience with product launch planning/execution and cross-functional launch readiness
- Ability to translate insights/research/competitive intelligence/performance data into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing external agencies/vendors (creative, digital, media, market research)
- Ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Strong understanding of regulatory/legal/compliance requirements for promotional activities
- Proven project management, communication, analytical/problem-solving, and multitasking with accuracy

Compensation
- Annual base salary: $158,100.00–$216,000.00
