This job is 2nd shift starting at 2pm and working the back half of the week, including Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complies with safety regulations and current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Installs, maintains, and repairs line manufacturing equipment.
- Locates/diagnoses failures, replaces defective components, and troubleshoots using electronic equipment, drawings/diagrams/sketches, specifications, manuals, and verbal/written instructions.
- Maintains maintenance and repair logs.
- Uses hand, power, and test tools and equipment.
- Provides general maintenance support for: process equipment; HVAC equipment; purified water; packaging equipment.
- Coordinates maintenance on critical systems/equipment with supervisor.
- Performs multi-shift work as required.
- Assists with root cause analysis and investigates specification deviations.
- May perform duties of Maintenance Tech I and Tech II as required.
- Responds to emergency notifications via phone.
- Metrology and calibration responsibilities (e.g., temperature, pressure differential room pressures, chart recorders, freezers/refrigerators, incubators, HVAC).
- Creates and/or revises standard operating procedures for calibrations and/or operations as required.

Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma + 5 years related experience, OR
- AA/AS + 4 years related experience, OR
- BA/BS + 2 years related experience.

Preferred Requirements/Skills:
- 6+ years relevant experience and a high school diploma.
- Current Leaving Certificate and Trades Certificate.
- ISO 5 certification.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and robotics equipment.
- Working knowledge of maintenance systems/methods/procedures.
- Working knowledge of GMPs and safety regulations.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to recognize deviations from accepted practice and troubleshoot.
