Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across a matrix organization to address business needs and demonstrate value to customers and patients.
- Evaluate ongoing Commercialization Learning needs; recommend strategies, tactics, and budget planning for assigned products.
- Implement standardized, performance-based training and development processes with training colleagues, Sales, Operations, Marketing leadership, and preceptors.
- Build a sales training curriculum for training classes and national/regional/district meetings.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure training materials meet Sales and Marketing goals.
- Ensure training resources meet regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver training covering Selling Skills, Scientific Agility, and Business Analytics.
- Design/execute training programs with external vendors and internal personnel.
- Assess effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model.
- Use innovative technologies to support adult learning and live/virtual training.
- Engage the WW Centre of Excellence to share/leverage assets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s/Doctorate preferred.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
- 1 year sales training required; 2 years in Cardiovascular preferred (structural heart, atrial fibrillation, and/or secondary stroke prevention).
- Curriculum design experience and adult learning principles; workshop leadership experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven goal achievement; multi-project management.
- Ability to develop and implement learning objectives, strategies, and tactics.
- Strong business analytics; complex cross-matrix collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) and AI applications (ChatGPT/MS Copilot).
- Ability to travel for meetings.
