About The Role
- Own and evolve process enablement, AI readiness, training, and knowledge infrastructure across HR COEs; connect HCM, IT, and employee experience.
- Architect and steward AI orchestration readiness (process, governance, enablement) for agentic AI, intelligent automation, and generative AI across People Operations.

What You’ll Do
- Lead communication planning and enablement execution for HR tech projects, policy updates, and AI adoption initiatives.
- AI Orchestration & Strategy: Define/maintain an AI orchestration roadmap for People Ops.
- Evaluate, Pilot & Scale: Assess and scale AI-powered HR solutions (genAI, AI analytics, IPA, chatbots/assistants, agentic workflows) with IT/Legal/vendors.
- AI Governance Framework: Build responsible-use policies, bias monitoring, privacy compliance, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop oversight (Workday/ServiceNow).
- AI Literacy Program: Partner with L&D to deliver AI literacy curricula.
- Process Design & Documentation: Create scalable HR process maps/workflows and documentation/templates; apply Lean/Six Sigma.
- HR Policy Management: Maintain global policies/Employee Handbook with AI-assisted access.
- Knowledge Management: Own HR knowledge platforms and implement AI tools (semantic search/RAG).
- Training/Enablement & HR Tech Onboarding: Deliver training and onboarding; build QRGs/micro-learning.

Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred; 8+ years progressive HR or People Technology (Pharma/Biotech strongly preferred).
- Experience evolving HR processes/policies (preferably as an Offering Manager).
- Experience evaluating/piloting/scaling AI-powered HR tools; AI governance/responsible AI preferred.
- Workday HCM and/or ServiceNow familiarity preferred.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, agentic AI, IPA; communicate use cases to non-technical stakeholders.
- Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent; strong analytical and communication skills; highly organized; confidential; comfortable with ambiguity.

Where You’ll Work
- Fully remote; occasional travel (~5%).
