Role: Senior HR Business Partner supporting global supply chain and sustainability functions, focusing on talent and organizational development. Responsibilities: develop integrated workforce plans, advise senior leaders on organization design, succession planning, M&A, and leadership development; enhance talent decision quality through talent trade-off analysis; address complex workforce challenges with data-driven insights; coach and lead regional HRBPs and consultants to deliver seamless HR services across functions and geographies. Qualifications: 12+ years of progressive HR experience in global organizations; 5+ years leading HR teams and partnering with VP-level executives in logistics, supply planning, or manufacturing; bachelor’s degree in business or HR, advanced degrees or certifications preferred. Skills: strategic talent management, organizational consulting, influence and coaching, data analytics, familiarity with AI-enabled HR tools. High-Value: experience in supply chain/production environments, strategic workforce planning, executive advising, and cross-cultural collaboration.
