Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities, develop complex approaches to account engagement, and execute against strategic imperatives.
- Identify, develop, and advance relationships with influential Key Medical Experts.
- Understand patient journey and gaps in care to educate on potential EHR interventions within Centers of Excellence and IDNs.
- Implement medication transitions of care processes within hospitals, including discharge order sets.
- Understand P&T processes for assigned IDNs and key institutions to support formulary access when needed.
- Conduct IDN SPP QBRs to advance projects, overcome access barriers, and identify future opportunities.
- Educate and engage Fellows & Residents to align on project development within Centers of Excellence, IDNs, or health systems.
- Meet Brand and Access objectives to drive market share growth while ensuring compliance with targeted accounts.
- Record account information and competitive intelligence using account management tools.
- Create access/pull-through opportunities for field sales within Centers of Excellence.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures and US healthcare laws/regulations.
Skills Required:

- Use company tools/resources to advance patient care.
- Leadership without authority.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Health Systems Manager: 5+ years in pharmaceuticals/life sciences/account management/hospital sales.
- Senior Health Systems Manager: 8+ years in pharmaceuticals/life sciences; 3+ years in institutional/IDN/complex health system manager or regional sales manager with national-level leadership.
- Preferred: CNS and Specialty Pharmacy experience; institutional and/or IDN/complex systems.
