Sr. Health Systems Manager - Texas

Role: Health Systems Manager/Senior Manager focusing on building relationships with healthcare institutions to improve patient access to Acadia’s neurological and rare disease treatments. Objectives include identifying business opportunities, advancing relationships with Key Medical Experts, and implementing medication transition processes within hospitals and health systems. Responsibilities involve executing account engagement strategies, understanding formulary and P&T processes, conducting QBRs, and educating stakeholders on care pathways. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; 5+ years (Health Systems Manager) or 8+ years (Senior) experience in pharma, hospital sales, or account management, with preference for CNS/rare disease experience and institutional system knowledge. Skills include relationship building, problem-solving, influencing, and effective communication. High-value: Experience in CNS/neurology, rare diseases, hospital and IDN systems, with a focus on formulary access, medication transitions, and healthcare stakeholder engagement. Travel requirement: 50-75%. The role is US-based, with a strong emphasis on compliance and strategic collaboration in a regulated environment.
