About The Role
Sr. Manager, HCP Marketing will lead development and execution of HCP marketing strategies to support growth objectives in CAH, engaging CAH centers of excellence, adrenal specialists, high-volume endocrinologists, and KOLs.
Your Contributions (Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute brand strategy (Annual Brand Plan, HCP Engagement Plan) and manage budget
- Partner cross-functionally to define HCP segmentation, align messaging/tactics, and support field tools, training, and execution
- Design and execute omnichannel HCP engagement; measure performance and optimize using data/insights
- Lead integrated digital marketing to drive disease awareness, brand engagement, and patient identification
- Develop/optimize digital HCP engagement across paid media, CRM, email, web, social, search, and emerging channels
- Own digital brand performance (KPIs, analytics, customer insights, market research; improve ROI)
- Oversee brand presence at national/regional/local congresses and medical meetings; support field education
- Create compliant HCP content translating complex scientific data
- Manage external agencies and budgets; ensure timely, high-quality execution and accurate financial tracking
- Collaborate with Legal/Compliance/Medical Affairs/Market Access/Patient/Field/Global to ensure alignment
- Monitor trends/competition/customer insights; serve as SME; lead multiple initiatives
Requirements
- BS/BA in marketing or life sciences and 8+ years relevant pharmaceutical marketing/sales/agency experience (agency AOR experience). Endocrinology/rare diseases a plus.
- OR MBA and 6+ years; OR PharmD/PhD and 4+ years
- 3+ years HCP marketing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, analytics, project management; deep understanding of HCP promotion/field dynamics; ability to develop compliant, clinically credible messaging
- Proficient: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Veeva PromoMats, SharePoint, Adobe Workfront
Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Annual base salary: $158,100β$216,000; target annual bonus 30% of earned base; eligibility for equity long-term incentive
