About The Role
Contributes to the strategic direction and execution of new product launch training, the field sales training program, and advanced training programs including competitive selling, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Plans and executes national and regional sales meetings and special projects. Partners with senior commercial and divisional sales leadership to assess field sales capabilities and recommend training methodologies. Designs, implements, and manages pilot projects to support product launch and ongoing commercialization.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to)
- Drives design, development, implementation, and monitoring of training curricula/programs and materials (launch workshops, learning modules, customer engagement model, POA/regional meeting materials and agendas)
- Leads sales training with Marketing and cross-functional groups to create launch and sales tool training materials
- Establishes objectives and leads engagement techniques and presentations (including role plays) covering products and applications
- Develops training aspects for national and regional sales meetings
- Onboards new field sales personnel (coordination with RSMs and internal departments such as IT, HR, Operations); improves Field Sales Training based on business needs and industry trends
- Manages personnel assessments, strategic training initiatives, coaching, and development of new hires and regional field trainers
- Attends industry conferences to test and ensure sales training maintains clinical and market relevance
- Ensures training reflects pharmaceutical conduct and compliance standards; anticipates business and industry issues
- Recommends to senior leadership alternative training delivery methods (distance learning, e-learns, learning portals)
- Manages outside vendors and internal technical/product specialists for training programs
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- BS/BA in business or technical field AND 8+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, including significant time in an internal sales training role; significant vendor management and contract negotiation experience required
- OR Master’s in business or technical field preferred AND 6+ years similar experience
- Proven product launch experience required; CNS/psychiatry/anti-psychotic experience a plus; sales management a plus

Benefits
- Annual base salary: $158,100.00–$216,000.00; annual bonus target 30% of earned base salary; eligibility for equity long-term incentive program
