This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Colorado Springs CO, Fayetteville AR, Wichita KS, and surrounding areas).

Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Texas region to transform the lives of cancer patients through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development
- Translate strategy into purposeful execution via clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge and hematology/oncology disease state and marketplace
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally to impact the business
- Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, and personal growth grounded in trust and accountability
- Manage budget and resources to maximize impact on patients
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree
- 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience
- Proven top performance
- Leadership mindset (curiosity, humility, self-awareness, continuous learning)
- Leadership capability (inspire/motivate teams)
- Business acumen (strategy, KAM, customer insights, cross-functional collaboration)
- Influence: lead without authority with cross-functional teams
- Coaching: develop CAEs with clear expectations and meaningful feedback

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (hematologic malignancies preferred)
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
