Field-based role (candidates should live within the territory): Florida, Puerto Rico, Alabama, Mississippi, Little Rock AR, and surrounding areas.
Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Southeast region to transform the lives of patients impacted by cancer through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop CAEs through feedback and career development.
- Translate strategy into purposeful execution via clear priorities and consistent follow-through.
- Serve as product and disease-state expert (hematology/oncology marketplace).
- Execute brand strategy locally to positively impact the business.
- Cultivate a performance, inclusiveness, and growth culture grounded in trust and accountability.
- Manage budget and resources to maximize impact on patients.
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs Degree.
- 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience.
- Proven top-result performance.
- Leadership mindset and capability; ability to inspire/motivate teams.
- Business acumen; understands how strategy, KAM, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration drive results.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority.
- Coaching ability to develop others and build accountability.
- Data/critical thinking/judgment for timely decisions; agility in ambiguity.
- Capacity to grow into broader leadership roles.
- Valid driverโs license; ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Driving required (personal or company vehicle).
Preferred (not required):
- Oncology experience (especially hematologic malignancies).
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- People leadership experience.
