This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory (Florida, Puerto Rico, Alabama, Mississippi, Little Rock AR and surrounding areas).
Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Southeast region to transform the lives of patients impacted by cancer through customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development
- Translate strategy into execution via clear priorities and disciplined follow-through
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge and the hematology/oncology disease state and marketplace
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally
- Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in trust and accountability
- Manage budget and resources to maximize patient impact
- Lead Key Account Management by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorโs Degree
- 7+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech
- Consistently top-performing sales results
- Leadership mindset and capability to inspire/motivate teams
- Business acumen; understand how strategy, KAM, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration drive performance
- Ability to lead without authority across cross-functional teams
- Coaching ability to develop CAEs
- Data/critical thinking/business judgment for timely decisions
- Agility in ambiguity and change
- Drive to grow and expand leadership responsibility
- Ability to drive (personal or company vehicle); valid driverโs license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
Preferred but not required:
- Oncology experience (hematologic malignancies strongly preferred)
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
