This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas NV, Denver CO and surrounding areas.

Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Northwest region to improve outcomes for cancer patients through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development
- Translate strategy into purposeful execution with clear priorities and follow-through
- Serve as product/disease state expert in hematology/oncology and the evolving marketplace
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally
- Cultivate a culture of high performance, inclusiveness, and personal growth grounded in trust and accountability
- Manage budget and resources to maximize impact on patients
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree
- 7+ years of sales experience within pharma/biotech
- Demonstrated leadership mindset and capability (inspire/motivate teams)
- Business acumen; understand strategy, KAM, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to lead without authority with cross-functional teams
- Coaching ability to develop CAEs and create accountability
- Data/critical thinking and sound judgment for timely decisions
- Agility: adapt to ambiguity and lead through uncertainty
- Capacity/desire to grow into broader leadership
- Ability to drive (personal or company vehicle); valid driverโ€™s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies)
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
