This role is field-based; candidates should live within the territory: Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Upstate NY, and surrounding areas.

Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Northeast region to transform the lives of patients impacted by cancer through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.

Responsibilities:
- Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development
- Translate strategy into execution via clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and follow-through
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge and disease state; understand the evolving hematology/oncology marketplace
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally to impact the business
- Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, and personal growth grounded in trust and accountability
- Manage budget and resources to maximize impact on patients
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- 7+ years of sales experience in pharma/biotech
- Proven history of consistently delivering top results
- Leadership mindset (curiosity, humility, self-awareness, commitment to improving leadership craft)
- Leadership capability (inspire and motivate teams)
- Business acumen (strategy, KAM, customer insights, cross-functional collaboration)
- Influence (lead without authority)
- Coaching capability (develop CAEs; clear expectations, meaningful feedback)
- Aptitude (data, critical thinking, sound judgment)
- Agility (adapt to ambiguity and uncertainty)
- Talent (grow, expand responsibility, prepare for broader leadership)
- Ability to drive personal or company vehicle; valid driverโ€™s license; pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred but not required:
- Oncology experience (preferably hematologic malignancies)
- MBA or other advanced degree
- People leader experience
