Field-based role—candidates should live within the territory (California, Hawaii, Reno NV and surrounding areas).

Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the California region to improve outcomes for patients impacted by cancer through customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.

Responsibilities:
- Coach, give feedback, and develop people through career development
- Translate strategy into execution via clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and follow-through
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge and evolving hematology/oncology disease state/marketplace
- Execute brand strategy locally to positively impact business
- Cultivate a performance, inclusiveness, and personal growth culture grounded in trust/accountability
- Manage budget and resources to maximize patient impact
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech
- Track record of consistently delivering top results
- Leadership mindset and demonstrated ability to inspire/motivate teams
- Business acumen; influence cross-functionally without authority
- Coaching capability to develop CAEs and create accountability
- Aptitude: data/critical thinking/business insight/judgment for timely decisions
- Agility: adapts quickly, leads through ambiguity
- Talent: desire/capacity to grow and prepare for broader leadership
- Ability to drive (personal auto/company vehicle); valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment drug screening

Preferred:
- Oncology experience (hematologic malignancies preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
