Field-based role; candidates should live within the territory (Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas NV, Denver CO and surrounding areas).
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the Southwest region to enhance Multiple Myeloma leadership through exceptional customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.
- Develop people through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Translate strategy into purposeful execution via clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and follow-through.
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge, disease state, and the hematology/oncology marketplace.
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally to positively impact the business.
- Cultivate a culture of performance, inclusiveness, trust, and accountability.
- Manage budget and resources to maximize patient impact.
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree
- 7+ years of experience in pharma/biotech
- Oncology experience required (preferably Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies)
- Proven top performance results
- Leadership mindset and capability (inspire/motivate; curiosity, humility, self-awareness)
- Business acumen; ability to lead without authority; coaching capability
- Data/critical thinking and sound judgment for timely decisions
- Agility in ambiguity and change
- Capacity/desire to grow into broader leadership
- Ability to drive personal or company vehicle; valid driverโs license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements
Preferred (Not required):
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience as a people leader
