Field-based role (candidates should live within the territory): Alabama, Mississippi, Little Rock AR, Jacksonville FL, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Clinical Account Executives (CAEs) across the South region to enhance Multiple Myeloma leadership through customer engagement, key account management, and compliant promotional execution.
- Develop people via coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Translate strategy into execution with clear priorities, disciplined coaching, and consistent follow-through.
- Serve as an expert in product knowledge, disease state, and the evolving hematology/oncology marketplace.
- Strategically execute brand strategy locally.
- Cultivate a high-performance, inclusive culture grounded in trust and accountability.
- Manage budget and resources to maximize impact on patients.
- Lead Key Account Management (KAM) by aligning in-field teams around shared account priorities.
Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 7+ years in pharma/biotech.
- Oncology experience, preferably Multiple Myeloma/hematologic malignancies.
- Consistently delivering top results.
- Leadership mindset and capability; inspire teams.
- Business acumen, cross-functional influence without authority.
- Coaching aptitude for CAEs.
- Data/critical thinking for timely decisions; adapt to ambiguity.
- Ability to drive personal/company vehicle; valid driverโs license and pass pre-employment drug screening.
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience as a people leader.
